Health & Safety at RBT Construction
As an employer, you must appoint a "competent person" to help you meet your Health & Safety duties.
A competent person is not someone who simply has the competence to carry out a particular task safely. In general terms, the definition of a competent person is someone who has the necessary skills, experience and knowledge to manage Health & Safety.
RBT Construction Limited can act as your appointed Competent Person and can work with you to help prevent accidents, protect your workforce from harm and still deliver projects on time and within budget. You can have peace of mind knowing that we provide you with competent, expert advice and keep you aware of the latest changes in legislation and guidance.
We can also provide one off or regular site audits as well as qualitative face fit testing, toolbox talks and on the job training. Please see our training page for more details.
